Training Techniques Course (TT)

Do you often find yourself preparing to hold your breath for a long time before duck diving?
During dive trips, everyone rushes to take countless stunning photos,
but when it's your turn to dive, you think, "Oh no, I don't have enough air,"
and then surface again.

Or perhaps during static apnea, you just can't resist the urge to breathe,
but you also don’t want to simply "endure" through it.

We get it!
There are countless breath-hold training plans online,
but are those plans really tailored to your needs?

SSI offers a course specifically designed to teach you
how to customize your own training techniques,
guiding you through repetition to achieve comfort.

No more aimless effort—this course is here to help you train smarter, not harder!

Answer Icon SSI and AIDA are distinct freediving education and certification systems, each with its own set of teaching standards. Regardless of which system you choose, as long as the course content meets the required standards, you will gain equivalent safety knowledge and skills. Rather than focusing solely on the system, it's more important to choose a freediving center that's a good fit for you. A center that consistently offers training and post-course activities is key, so you have guidance on how

Answer Icon A good diving system should not only have sufficient international recognition but also consistently update its training standards and materials. It should offer diverse advanced education options for divers to continually improve their skills and knowledge. Whether it's scuba diving, freediving, or mermaiding, SSI is considered by the Peninsula Hain coaching team to be a dedicated and comprehensive international diving education system.
