No-Fins Specialty Courses

Dynamic Without Fins (DNF) Constant Weight Without Fins (CNF)

The purest form of freediving is no-fins diving.

The feeling of removing your fins... With each kick, you can truly feel the water's resistance and feedback. With each arm stroke, you can feel the flow of water on your palms. The coordination between the two will enable you to move forward smoothly and efficiently.

During the freefall, the gentle touch of the water flowing over every inch of your skin is truly captivating.
