No-Fins Specialty Courses
Dynamic Without Fins (DNF) Constant Weight Without Fins (CNF)
The purest form of freediving is no-fins diving.
The feeling of removing your fins... With each kick, you can truly feel the water's resistance and feedback. With each arm stroke, you can feel the flow of water on your palms. The coordination between the two will enable you to move forward smoothly and efficiently.
During the freefall, the gentle touch of the water flowing over every inch of your skin is truly captivating.
Divers who are proficient in breaststroke Performers who want to refine their water dance and water model skills.
Divers who have mastered freediving skills, enjoy swimming, and want to experience the pure freedom of being underwater.
Divers planning to participate in Dynamic No-Fins (DNF) or Constant Weight No-Fins (CNF) freediving competitions.
Without fins, it's like being a sprinter on land – every precise stride and arm movement is crucial to achieving the best forward momentum.
The no-fins specialty course is divided into:
➊ Pool No-Fins Specialty (DNF)
➋ Advanced No-Fins Specialty (CNF)
➌ Combined Pool & Advanced No-Fins Specialty (DNF & CNF)
This allows divers to choose the most suitable learning mode based on their time and experience.
