This course is specifically designed as a training module for students who have completed the SSI Mermaid course.
If you want to further practice your skills after the course
or ensure you have the safest environment and conditions for mermaid activities,
we highly recommend that mermaids bring their beautiful tails and join the Mermaid Training Dive!
Anyone who has taken the SSI Mermaid course,
regardless of whether you passed, can register for the training dive.
If you feel less confident about a particular skill after the course,
or if you saw a stunning swimming technique online that you’d like to try,
this training is for you.
Whether the location is a pool or the ocean, shallow water or deep water,
training can be tailored to your personal needs and the conditions of the day.
It’s also perfect if you’ve acquired new equipment and need guidance from an instructor,
or if you simply want to relax in the water and capture some beautiful moments.

As long as you meet the conditions listed in the form and are physically and mentally healthy,
you can join the activity.
If any items on the form are marked "yes," consult your physician,
and with their approval, you can participate in the activity!
This course begins with a classroom session,
where participants will do stretching exercises,
review breathing techniques, and refine mermaid kicking techniques.
During this process, you might suddenly grasp details
that were missed during the beginner course,
giving you more time on land to master the movements.
Afterward, you will move on to practice in the pool or ocean!

Since global mermaid teaching content and standards are not yet unified, we currently do not allow mermaids from other agencies to directly sign up for training dives. We welcome you to first learn about the SSI Mermaid certification courses, obtain certification, understand the differences between systems, and then register for the training dive!
We encourage you to bring technique videos you'd like to learn! Our instructors can analyze the power generation methods and timing of these techniques during the training dive, allowing everyone to have more diverse ways to enjoy themselves in a familiar environment!
We provide complete mermaid equipment for everyone to choose from. Whether it's masks and snorkels, or monofins and mermaid tails, all sizes are available! You can even choose other mermaid tail styles that you didn't get to wear during the course!
Conservative decisions are always good! Calm water allows you to slowly explore the essence of the techniques. We support and encourage your conservative arrangements! You only need to pay an additional pool entrance fee.
A good diving system should not only have sufficient international recognition but also consistently update its training standards and materials. It should offer diverse advanced education options for divers to continually improve their skills and knowledge. Whether it's scuba diving, freediving, or mermaiding, SSI is considered by the Peninsula Hain coaching team to be a dedicated and comprehensive international diving education system.
