Monofin Course
Monofin Course

Monofin Specialty Courses
Dynamic Monofin (DYN)
Constant Weight Monofin (CWT)

The surface area of a monofin is several times that of a pair of bifins. This allows divers to achieve more with a single breath: Faster speeds and greater distances.

Dolphin Kick Technique:
Different muscle groups are used for the dolphin kick compared to bifin kicks. When you master the correct dolphin kick technique, it will feel like discovering a whole new world underwater.
You will absolutely love this feeling of oneness with the water and the resulting speed.

Monofin Course

Who is suitable for this course

Divers who have mastered bifin kicking techniques.
Divers who want to experience the speed and streamlined movement of monofins.
Men and women who want to improve their fin kicking efficiency.
Divers who are proficient in butterfly stroke.
Divers planning to participate in Dynamic Apnea (DYN) or Constant Weight (CWT) freediving competitions.

When you first come into contact with a monofin, you might feel like you’re riding a unicycle for the first time – it takes a while to "balance" all your muscle groups. You will learn to utilize your entire body strength to achieve an efficient dolphin kick.

The monofin specialty course is divided into:
➊ Pool Monofin Specialty (DYN)
➋ Advanced Monofin Specialty (CWT)
➌ Combined Pool & Advanced Monofin Specialty (DYN & CWT)

This allows divers to choose the most suitable learning mode based on their own time and experience.
