This course represents the highest level of freediving training,
requiring an SSI Advanced Freediver certification
(or an equivalent certification from another system) to enroll.
The course will be fully guided by Peninsula Divers' experienced freediving instructors.
It covers deep diving, advanced techniques,
and the most critical safety knowledge and practical exercises for open water.
Participants will be able to challenge their limits
while remaining in a safe and comfortable environment.
At Peninsula Divers, our small-class teaching approach ensures that every student can learn comfortably without worrying about falling behind.
Even a single participant can register and join.

Outside of class hours,
our instructors are happy to accompany you on a culinary tour of Hengchun,
explore hidden local attractions during course breaks,
and immerse yourself in the local lifestyle of Peninsula Divers.

want to unlock advanced equalization techniques,
and are eager to push your limits, this course is for you.
If you hold an SSI Advanced Freediving certification
and continue to practice (or an equivalent certification from another system),
are proficient in advanced equipment, kicking techniques, and various skills,
and are excited to explore advanced equalization methods, dive site setup skills,
or even aspire to become an advanced freediving instructor,
we highly recommend earning this certification.

Before participating in diving activities, a health declaration form must be completed.
As long as you meet the conditions listed in the form and are physically and mentally healthy,
you can join the activity.

Without proper stretching and equalization techniques, or if basic skills are not yet fully mastered before mixing in new ones, it’s highly likely to overlook the
SSI and AIDA are distinct freediving education and certification systems, each with its own set of teaching standards. Regardless of which system you choose, as long as the course content meets the required standards, you will gain equivalent safety knowledge and skills. Rather than focusing solely on the system, it's more important to choose a freediving center that's a good fit for you.
